Shipping Areas

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt through our trusted shipping partners.

Delivery Time

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Alexandria & major cities: 2–4 business days
Other governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak periods depending on the courier’s workload.

Shipping Fees

Cairo & Giza: Starting from EGP 65
Other governorates: Between EGP65–120 depending on location
Free shipping for orders above EGP 3500 (if applicable)

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery status.

🚫 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.
You may request a re-shipment after confirming your details and paying the additional shipping cost.
